  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Unsalted butter - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and half of the butter over medium heat until melted.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to let it burn.
  3. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the cleaned langoustines to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Season the langoustines with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
