- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Nutmeg - a pinch
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, melted butter, salt, and pepper to form a dough.
- Press the dough into the bottom and sides of a greased 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt.
