- Nutmeg - a pinch
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create fettuccine-like noodles. Set aside.
- In a skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to let it burn.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
