Steps

  1. Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage, cut it in half, and slice it into thin noodles (about 1 cm wide).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Add the cabbage noodles to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still slightly crisp.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the cabbage, stirring to combine.
