Ingredients
- Ground beef - 300 grams
- Almond flour - 50 grams
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Heavy cream - 100 ml
- Chicken broth - 100 ml
- Mustard - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into small balls, about 3 centimeters in diameter, and set them aside on a plate.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the meatballs and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned on all sides and cooked through.
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream, chicken broth, and mustard. Stir well to combine and bring the sauce to a gentle simmer.
- Let the sauce cook for about 5 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly, then return the meatballs to the skillet, coating them with the sauce.
- Serve the Keto Boulettes de Viande warm, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
