  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Heavy cream - 100 ml
  • Chicken broth - 100 ml
  • Mustard - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  2. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 3 centimeters in diameter, and set them aside on a plate.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the meatballs and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned on all sides and cooked through.
