- Button mushrooms - 200 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Skewers - 4 (if wooden, soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Clean the button mushrooms with a damp cloth and add them to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated mushrooms onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each mushroom.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the mushrooms are tender and slightly charred.
- Remove from the grill and serve warm, garnished with additional fresh herbs if desired.
