- Fresh rosemary - 1 teaspoon, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Wooden skewers - 4
Steps
- Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 15 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and trim the stems if necessary.
- Add the mushrooms to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated mushrooms onto the soaked wooden skewers, about 4-5 mushrooms per skewer.
- Grill the mushroom brochettes for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until they are golden and slightly charred.
