Ingredients

  • Pineapple - 200 grams, cut into chunks
  • Peach - 1 medium, cut into wedges
  • Zucchini - 1 small, cut into thick slices
  • Red Bell Pepper - 1 medium, cut into squares
  • Fresh Mint - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Wooden Skewers - 4, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper.
