  • Asparagus - 250 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Egg yolk - 1 large
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1/4 cup
  • Water - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Trim the tough ends off the asparagus and rinse them under cold water.
  3. In a bowl, toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  4. Place the asparagus on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have nice grill marks.
