  • Asparagus - 250 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams
  • Red onion - 1 small

  • Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Trim the tough ends off the asparagus and place them in a bowl.
  3. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the bowl with the asparagus.
  4. Cut the red onion into thin wedges and toss them into the bowl.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Place the asparagus and onion wedges directly on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and lightly charred.
