- Beef sirloin - 300 grams
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Fresh thyme - 2 teaspoons, chopped
- Rosemary - 1 teaspoon, chopped
- Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Red wine - 50 ml
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, paprika, and red wine to create a marinade.
- Cut the pork shoulder and beef sirloin into 2 cm thick strips and add them to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the meat from the marinade and thread the strips onto skewers, discarding the excess marinade.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Once done, let the skewers rest for 5 minutes before serving.
