Ingredients

  • Pork shoulder - 300 grams
  • Beef sirloin - 300 grams
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Fresh thyme - 2 teaspoons, chopped
  • Rosemary - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Red wine - 50 ml

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, paprika, and red wine to create a marinade.
  2. Cut the pork shoulder and beef sirloin into 2 cm thick strips and add them to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the meat from the marinade and thread the strips onto skewers, discarding the excess marinade.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  7. Once done, let the skewers rest for 5 minutes before serving.
