Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the sliced leek and minced garlic until soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Add the mixed seafood to the pan and cook for an additional 5 minutes, until the shrimp are pink and the mussels have opened. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
