  • Shrimp - 200 grams, peeled and deveined
  • Crab meat - 150 grams, lump crab meat preferred
  • Butter - 30 grams
  • Heavy cream - 150 ml
  • Grated Gruyère cheese - 100 grams
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink. Stir in the crab meat, salt, pepper, and paprika, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Allow it to cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and fresh parsley.
  6. Transfer the seafood mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the grated Gruyère and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
