- Heavy cream - 150 ml
- Grated Gruyère cheese - 100 grams
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink. Stir in the crab meat, salt, pepper, and paprika, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Allow it to cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and fresh parsley.
- Transfer the seafood mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the grated Gruyère and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
