- Shrimp - 100 grams, peeled and deveined
- Scallops - 100 grams
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine buckwheat flour and salt. Gradually add water while whisking until smooth. Stir in the egg until fully incorporated. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
