- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
Steps
- In a small bowl, mix warm water and active dry yeast, letting it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, sea salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Once risen, punch down the dough and shape it into a flat oval on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Use your fingers to create dimples in the dough and spread the halved cherry tomatoes and chopped rosemary on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
