  • chickpea flour - 100 grams
  • water - 300 milliliters
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • salt - 1 teaspoon
  • fresh rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Gradually whisk in the water until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
  3. Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
  4. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F) and place a cast-iron skillet or baking dish inside to heat.
  5. Once the oven is hot, carefully remove the skillet and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, swirling to coat the bottom.
