  • Sea snails (escargots) - 200 grams

  • Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the chopped parsley, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a baking dish, place the cleaned sea snails evenly spaced. Spoon the garlic herb butter mixture generously over each snail.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the snails.
