- Sea salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
- Almond flour - 1 tablespoon (optional for thickening)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a small bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, sea salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- If using, add the almond flour to the butter mixture and stir until smooth.
- Place the snails in their shells or in a baking dish if canned. Spoon the garlic butter mixture generously over each snail, ensuring they are well coated.
- If using shells, place the snails back into them and arrange them in a baking dish. If using a baking dish, simply place them in a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the butter is bubbling and fragrant.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving. Enjoy warm.
