  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced apples with lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, and cinnamon. Mix well and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix almond flour, melted coconut oil, salt, and chopped walnuts until a crumbly mixture forms.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the apple mixture evenly, spreading it out.
  5. Sprinkle the almond flour mixture over the apples, covering them completely.
