Ingredients

  • Croissants - 2 large
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
  • Smoked salmon - 100 grams, sliced
  • Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Capers - 1 tablespoon, drained
  • Lemon - 1, sliced
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) to warm the croissants.
  2. While the oven is heating, in a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the chopped fresh dill and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Slice the croissants in half horizontally and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread an even layer of the dill cream cheese mixture on the bottom half of each croissant.
  5. Layer the smoked salmon evenly over the cream cheese, followed by the capers.
  6. Place the tops of the croissants back on and warm them in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until heated through.
