- Egg - 1 (large)
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Milk - 2 tablespoons
- Sliced almonds - 30g
- Confectioners' sugar - for dusting
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, powdered sugar, softened butter, egg, vanilla extract, and milk to create a smooth almond cream filling.
- Roll out one sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into triangles (approximately 10 cm wide at the base).
- Place a spoonful of the almond cream filling at the base of each triangle and roll the pastry up towards the tip, forming a croissant shape.
- Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each.
