  • Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 150 grams
  • Fresh basil (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Red pepper flakes - a pinch (optional)

Steps

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  3. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the shrimp to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
