- Burger buns (kosher) - 2 pieces

- Capers - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- While the burgers are cooking, prepare the remoulade by mixing the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, capers, chopped parsley, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
