Steps

  1. Rinse the Shirataki fettuccine under hot water for 2-3 minutes, then drain well and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until melted.
  3. Add the minced garlic and chopped shallot to the skillet; sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and translucent.
  4. Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until they are tender and browned.
