Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until they are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
