  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Milk - 250 ml
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Ground beef - 250 grams
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (for beef)
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 leaves
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Pickles - 4 slices
  • Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
  • Mustard - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt until smooth. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add a little olive oil and pour in about 1/4 cup of the crêpe batter. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is golden. Flip and cook for another minute. Repeat with the remaining batter to make 4 crêpes.
  3. In a bowl, mix ground beef with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Form into 2 equal patties.
  4. In the same skillet, add a bit more olive oil and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through and browned.
  5. To assemble the Crêpe Burger, place a crêpe on a plate, add a beef patty, then layer with lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Top with another crêpe and serve immediately.
