Ingredients

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and trim the Brussels sprouts, cutting them in half.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss until well coated.
