  • Brussels sprouts - 300 grams

  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Trim the stem ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the sprouts are evenly coated.
