  • Thyme - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Bay leaf - 1
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent, about 5 minutes.
