  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable broth - 250 milliliters
  • White wine - 100 milliliters
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Bay leaf - 1
  • Thyme - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
