Ingredients

  • Whole wheat flour - 150g
  • Unsalted butter - 50g (cold, cubed)
  • Greek yogurt - 75g
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dark chocolate (70% cocoa) - 50g (chopped)
  • Cold water - 3 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour and salt. Add cold cubed butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and cold water until well combined.
  3. Gradually add the yogurt mixture to the flour mixture, stirring until a dough forms. Do not overmix.
  4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1 cm thick.
  7. Cut the dough into 4 equal rectangles. Place a few pieces of chopped dark chocolate in the center of each rectangle.
  8. Fold the dough over the chocolate, sealing the edges to form a packet. Place seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
