Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) and grease two ramekins with butter, then dust with cocoa powder.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate and unsalted butter. Melt them together in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt until well combined and slightly frothy.
