- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons (chopped)
- All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (for brushing)
- Wooden skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained chickpeas, chopped spinach, red onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and fresh parsley.
- Using a fork or a potato masher, mash the mixture until it is well combined but still has some texture.
- Add the all-purpose flour to the mixture to help bind it together, and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and form each portion into a patty or a log shape around the soaked wooden skewers.
- Preheat your grill or BBQ to medium heat and brush the kebabs lightly with olive oil.
