- Eggs - 3 large
- Heavy cream - 150 ml
- Milk - 50 ml
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Nutmeg - a pinch
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the chopped Swiss chard to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
