  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Clean the champignon mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them into even pieces.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until melted.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet, stirring well to coat them in the oil and butter.
  5. Cook the mushrooms for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are browned and tender.
  6. Season the mushrooms with salt and black pepper, and add the chopped parsley and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.
