Ingredients

  • Walnuts - 30 grams, chopped
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Slice the goat cheese into 4 equal rounds and place them on top of the baguette slices.
  3. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking tray and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is warm and slightly golden.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped walnuts.
