  • Cherry tomatoes - 8 pieces
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced into rounds
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Wooden skewers - 4

Steps

  1. Soak the wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  3. Cut the goat cheese into 2.5 cm cubes.
  4. On each skewer, alternate threading a piece of goat cheese, a cherry tomato, and a slice of zucchini, repeating until the skewer is filled, leaving some space for handling.

  6. Brush the skewers with the olive oil mixture.
