Steps
- Soak the wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes to prevent burning.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Cut the goat cheese into 2.5 cm cubes.
- On each skewer, alternate threading a piece of goat cheese, a cherry tomato, and a slice of zucchini, repeating until the skewer is filled, leaving some space for handling.
