Ingredients

  • Goat cheese - 200 grams

  • Fresh rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Mixed salad greens - 150 grams
  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Walnuts - 30 grams, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill or BBQ to medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Slice the goat cheese into 1 cm thick rounds and brush each side with the herb marinade.
