Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Slice the baguette or crusty bread into 2 equal pieces, about 1.5 cm thick.
- Drizzle olive oil over both sides of the bread slices, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 5 minutes, until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, slice the goat cheese into rounds, about 1 cm thick.
