- Camembert cheese - 100 grams
- Burger buns - 2
- Fresh arugula - 50 grams
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Form into two equal-sized patties.
- Cook the patties in the preheated skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, place slices of Camembert cheese on top of each patty, covering them with a lid to help the cheese melt.
