Ingredients

  • Pork chops - 2 pieces (200g each)
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Fresh rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Place the pork chops in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well-coated.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the pork chops from the marinade, letting the excess drip off, and discard the marinade.
  6. Grill the pork chops for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and have nice grill marks.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
