  • Mixed salad greens - 100g
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100g, halved
  • Avocado - 1, sliced
  • Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the Côte de Boeuf generously with sea salt, black pepper, chopped thyme, and minced garlic, ensuring to rub the spices into the meat.
