  • Cèpes (porcini mushrooms) - 250 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Clean the cèpes gently with a damp cloth to remove any dirt.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, chopped thyme, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  4. Brush the cèpes with the olive oil mixture on both sides.
  5. Place the cèpes on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are tender and have nice grill marks.
  6. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a minute.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
