- Cornichons (small pickles) - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped

Steps
- Peel the celeriac using a sharp knife and cut it into thin matchstick pieces or grate it using a box grater.
- Place the shredded celeriac in a bowl and toss it with the lemon juice to prevent browning.
- In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped capers, chopped cornichons, and chopped parsley. Mix well until smooth.
- Add the lemon-juiced celeriac to the mayonnaise mixture, and stir until the celeriac is well coated.
