  • Whole wheat burger buns - 2
  • Mixed salad greens - 100 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Cucumber - 1/2, sliced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken or turkey sausage, chopped parsley, thyme, and minced garlic. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
  2. Form the mixture into two equal patties.
