- 1 small onion - finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic - minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 whole wheat burger buns
- 50g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp honey
- Lettuce leaves - for garnish

Steps
- In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard. Mix until well combined.

- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F) and are golden brown.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
- Once the patties are cooked, toast the whole wheat burger buns in the skillet for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a chicken patty on each bun, adding lettuce, tomato, and cucumber slices, and drizzling with the yogurt sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your Burgers de Poulet!
