  • Capers, rinsed and chopped - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Mixed salad greens - 50 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
  • Cucumber, sliced - 50 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill or a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the white fish fillets, chopped parsley, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, capers, salt, and pepper.
  3. Gently mix the ingredients until well combined, then form the mixture into two burger patties.
