- Mixed salad greens - 50 grams
- Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
- Cucumber, sliced - 50 grams
Steps
- Preheat the grill or a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine the white fish fillets, chopped parsley, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, capers, salt, and pepper.
