- shallot - 1 small, finely chopped
- egg - 1 large
- Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
- salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- avocado - 1 small, sliced
- tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- leafy greens (e.g., arugula or spinach) - 1 cup
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the veal mince, chopped parsley, thyme, minced garlic, chopped shallot, egg, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
