  • Lettuce leaves - 2
  • Tomato - 1, sliced
  • Cucumber - 1/2, sliced

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill or a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the avocado spread.
  3. In another bowl, mash the avocado and mix it with the yogurt mixture until smooth.
  4. Season the trout fillets with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Cook the trout for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  6. While the trout is cooking, toast the whole wheat burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
