Steps
- Preheat your grill or a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the lean pork sausage with salt and black pepper. Form into two equal patties.
- Cook the sausage patties on the grill or skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and browned.
